GPATS met today ... know who "facilitated" the meeting ...

Ten at the Top of course... "Helped facilitate development of a regional Memorandum of Understanding between Greenville Pickens Area Transportation Study (GPATS), Spartanburg Area Transportation Study and Appalachian Council of Governments that allows these transportation organizations to partner on initiatives, grants and projects"

^ each of the above buzzwords and organization are Agenda 21 operatives.
