Questions To Conservatives ...

In the cleanup and preparation for the Doodle Railroad to be turned into a trail, where are "the materials" going?

 The barrels, the railing, the cross ties?

 Are there any contaminated materials being removed?

 Has the entire Doodle rail line been tested by the EPA or SCDHEC?
